An affiliate program is your own sales channel inside an affiliate network. You set a commission per sale, and sites, comparison services and content creators promote you against it. You pay only once something actually sells, which makes the channel predictable: the cost follows the revenue instead of preceding it. Unlike advertising, you also own the relationships, and they keep returning for as long as the program is looked after.
Getting started takes a setup: the brand has to be published on a network, tracking has to work, terms have to be set and creative has to be in place. After that the program needs someone working on it every week. Publishers have to be found and activated, terms negotiated with the ones that actually deliver, and transactions reviewed before they are approved. What does affiliate program management cost?
From SEK 20,000 a month. The setup is included, so there is no separate start fee: analysis, publishing on the network, tracking, terms and creative all sit inside the retainer. If you want to start with affiliate marketing at no fixed cost at all, our Affiliate service is the right one instead. There we take only a share of what sells, and integrate with your Shopify store.
Can you take over an existing program?
Yes, that is the most common case. We start with an audit of the terms, publisher base and history, and say plainly what there is to gain before anything is signed.
Which networks do you work in?
We work in the network you are already in. If you are starting from zero we recommend one based on your vertical, your markets and the publishers you need to reach, not on who pays us best.
How long before a program produces results?
Terms and creative are in place within a couple of weeks. Publisher recruitment is continuous work where the first new revenue normally shows within one to three months, depending on the vertical and how competitive the commission is.
How do you handle fraud?
Every transaction is assessed against your rules before approval. We look at traffic source, conversion pattern and publisher history, and reject what does not hold up. Stopping bad traffic early is usually worth more than chasing a few percent of extra volume.
